Allyn Cheves | Founder, Owner
Allyn has been passionate about construction from a young age. He started off sweeping sawdust in his Father's cabinet shop. He then moved on to working as a field laborer in various trades where he gained exposure to all aspects of construction. He has always had an appreciation for architecture and the built environment. Allyn holds a degree in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma, where he was a President's Community Scholar.
Allyn has since worked for several general contracting firms gaining experience in the "small/special" project niche of contracts under $10MM. Many of his projects are high-volume, short-schedule projects under $500k. He has experience operating under public and private sector contracts for renovations, facilities maintenance, and ground-up & addition projects. He started his own firm in 2023 doing consulting work for construction clients, and now operates the business full-time as a full-service general contractor.
Allyn holds a "Certified JOC Professional" Credential from the Center for JOC Excellence. He is well versed in procurement and construction contracts for public agencies in the Municipal, ISD, Higher-Ed, Medical, and Aviation sectors. He is also credentialed by the NABTCA as a "Building Envelope Risk Manager."
