Allyn Cheves | Founder, Owner
Allyn has been passionate about construction from a young age, starting off by sweeping sawdust in his father's cabinet shop. He then gained hands-on experience as a field laborer across various trades, which exposed him to all aspects of construction. His appreciation for architecture and the built environment has always been a driving force in his career. Allyn earned a degree in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma, where he was recognized as a President's Community Scholar.
Since then, Allyn has worked with several general contracting firms, focusing on the small/special project niche, particularly contracts under $10MM. Many of his projects are high-volume, short-schedule endeavors valued under $500k. He has a wealth of experience working under both public and private sector contracts for renovations, facilities maintenance, as well as ground-up and addition projects. In 2023, he launched his own firm, providing consulting services for construction clients, and now runs the business full-time as a full-service general contractor.
Allyn also holds a 'Certified JOC Professional' credential from the Center for JOC Excellence. He is well-versed in procurement and construction contracts for public agencies in sectors such as Municipal, ISD, Higher-Ed, Medical, and Aviation. Additionally, he is credentialed by the NABTCA as a 'Building Envelope Risk Manager.'
